Information collected
When you submit the quote form, the information you provide is collected in order to evaluate your request: name, organization, contact details, event details, service selections, any message you write, and any files you attach.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and deliver agreed services. It is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver your event (for example, coordinating an interpreter colleague), and only to the extent required.
Event materials and confidentiality
Agendas, presentations, and other preparation materials are treated as confidential and used only to prepare for your assignment. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed for business and accounting purposes. You may request correction or deletion of your information at any time.
Analytics
Aggregate website analytics may be used to understand how the site is used. No analytics provider is active until one is configured by the business owner.
